- Before the KT Call: Account Executive, uploads the completed Scope Validation Document.
- During the KT Call:
- Account Executive and Solution Consultant share customer information with the Consultant and Delivery Lead.
- Consultant and Delivery Lead prepare for the Activation Call.
- Before the Activation Call: The consultant customizes and prepares the Activation Introduction Deck.
- During the Activation Call: Delivery Lead and Consultant done the following with the customer
- Confirms the customer’s preferences, scope, and requirements.
- Provides outline of expected activities, schedules, and action items.
- The Delivery Lead and Consultant facilitate the Getting Started Session by using the System Prep Document.
- Customer Gets access to the LCS Starter Pass.
- Offline Bundle Installation and Configuration: The consultant
- Completes the Bundle installation using the Bundle Installation Guide.
- Starts the Configuration using the System Prep Validation Document.
- Project Monitoring: The delivery Lead monitors the project using the SuiteSuccess Checkpoint Deck.
Migrate Stage
- Consultant customizes the starter Data Migration Guide.
- The consultant Schedules the Data Migration Kickoff.
- During the Data Migration Kickoff: Consultant and Customer:
- Data Migration approach and requirements
- Data Migration templates
- Roles and responsibilities
- During Data Migration:
- The Consultant Imports the Data Templates to NetSuite.
- Customer populate their data into the Data Templates.
- The Delivery Lead, Project Monitoring using the SuiteSuccess Checkpoint Deck.
Enable Stage
- During the Process Walkthrough: The consultant will do the process walkthrough using the Process Walkthrough Guide.
- The delivery Lead will do the Customer check-in
- The Consultant and Delivery Lead, Check in on the status of End User Training
Convert Stage
- The Delivery Lead and Consultant prepares the Go-live Checklist and Go-live Call.
- During the Go-live Call:
- Prepares the Go-live Call Deck
- Reviews the activities in the Go-live Checklist
- Phase 2 Team, ACS Team and Consultant: Within 30 days after Go-live: 4 hours to complete open items and to provide support.
- The Delivery Lead and Consultant:
- Review project milestones.
- Discuss the purchased solution.
- Next steps and plans of the customer.
