User-level preferences are available at Home > Set Preferences. User preferences for reports are available on the Set Preferences page’s Analytics tab.
If the user selects the ‘Financial Only’ preference, then it will show the reports filtered by period.
If the user selects the ‘Never’ preference, then it will show the reports filtered by Date.
