Resolve Sandbox Site Builder Web Store Categories Redirecting to Live Site when Clicked

Description : There are cases where the Sandbox Site Builder Web Store Categories will redirect to the live website when clicked.

Solution

1. Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website List
2. Click Edit next to the desired website
3. ClickAppearance subtab
4. Click Web Site Theme drop down menu and change to any default NetSuite Theme , Example: Basic : Clean Lines
5. Test site to see if the categories now directs to the Sandbox site. If it does, then change theme back to previous theme and it should work properly now.
