User receives an error: “Invalid Billing Address” upon submit of Fedex Account Registration page.
The error indicates that the address entered in NetSuite under Setup > Accounting > Shipping is not what FedEx has on file for the account registered for the user.
Typically, this is caused by having two addresses: one for billing and one for shipping. User can try inputting either of the two addresses, or if user has recently moved, user may try using their old address.
If the billing and shipping addresses are different, the shipping address as indicated in the FedEx Invoice, must be entered upon registration.
If the error persists, user may contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 to verify and/or update the address that is on file for their account.
