Negative Internal ID in Employee Record

Information about negative Internal IDs.

1. The Employee record with negative Internal ID is the Administrator that was created by NetSuite, the first time the account is provisioned.
    
2. Email address of that employee record administrator with negative Internal ID could not be changed since that is already embedded in NetSuite.
    
3. The current design of the system is that the negative Internal ID could not be changed as well, even by CSV Import (this is system-generated).
    
4. Just like for a test account setup, NetSuite needs a main email address to use for the account. The main administrator of the account is usually set to have ‘-5’ as Internal ID.
