Check the Status of the Manual NSAW Data Transfer

NetSuite users have the option to perform data transfer on any functional areas manually. With these, users can obtain NetSuite data from a specific functional area at a specific extract date. 

To be able to track the status of the Data Transfer, the Request Log can be accessed in NSAW.

  1. Login to NSAW 
  2. Click Navigator (upper left Hamburger icon)
  3. Click Console
  4. Click Data Configuration
  5. Under Activity History, click Request History
  6. OptionalFilter using any of the following:
    • Request Type: Refresh Data
    • Submitted by (use the email address of the user who performs the manual data transfer)

Request History contains the details of the manual refresh data performed. Data includes:

  • Functional Area
  • Request Type 
  • Submitted On
  • Started On
  • Completed On
  • Submitted By 
  • Status
  • Summary
