How to locate Account ID of a production/SB account

Account ID: This field shows the NetSuite account ID for your company, which is required when you submit a support case/ contact NetSuite for assistance.

You can obtain the Account ID in one of three ways:

1. From Company Information: Company Information is a single record that is entered when you set up your NetSuite account. You cannot delete the Company Information record.
2. You can also find your Account ID in SuiteAnswers by clicking Contact Support
3. Your Account ID is also visible in the URL of any webpage while you are logged into your NetSuite account.
