Enter Edit Mode on the homepage in SMT
Navigate to Edit Page Settings (3 dots top right)
Enter the new title in the Meta Data > Title field and Save
Navigate to Review & Publish Changes, select homepage (Looks like / ) and hit Publish
Exit SMT and verify change
