Regarding the concern on guided learning, as per this thread from oracle team “Switching off ‘Netsuite Guided Learning'”,the guided learning feature has been rolled back for now. The Oracle team check internally and found out that the NetSuite Guided Learning feature is currently suspended as it appears to be causing a performance issue with NetSuite Application. The netsuite engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and will prepare a fix as soon as possible.
