Access Test Cases Using SuiteSuccess UAT Template
The SuiteSuccess UAT spreadsheet can usually be found in your NetSuite File Cabinet.
Note: Confirm with your NetSuite Administrator where to access this template.
Steps
1) Once you located the file, navigate to the tab related to the business process you are testing.
2) Locate your assigned test case and follow the Step Instructions to test the scenario.
3) After completing the steps, refer to the Verification column to determine if the test case passed
or failed.
4) Update the Pass/Fail column with the proper status.
• Pass: If the test case worked successfully
• Fail: If you encountered an issue that needs to be reported.
Note: Create a test case issue to log any failures.
5) Enter the Transaction #.
Note: When you enter an entity, you will need to enter a name instead of a number. Each
row includes an instruction on what to enter depending on the test case.
6) Enter any notes related to the case in the Notes column
