Checkout Error Alerts

Receive immediate notifications in case an order cannot be submitted due to a checkout error. Email alerts will be sent to you, containing a unique ticket number that correlates to the specific error logged in NetSuite. In case you receive multiple alerts, contacting NetSuite Customer Support with these ticket numbers will expedite the resolution process.

To customize your preferences for checkout error alerts:

  1. Enable the “Send Email” option to receive email alerts when a customer encounters an error preventing order submission on your website.
  2. Specify the “Email From Address” to determine the sender’s email address. Use this field for filtering alert messages, especially if forwarding error alerts to your mobile phone.Note: Ensure that you have configured a DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) key for the sending domain. Refer to DKIM documentation for more details.
  3. In the “Email To” field, enter the email address where you wish to receive web store alert messages. Multiple email addresses can be entered, separated by commas.
  4. Choose an email template from the “Select a System Email Template” list. If your site supports multiple languages, you can define various language versions within the same email template. Refer to “Templates for Website Email Messages” for detailed information.
  5. (Optional) Click the “Preview” icon to visualize how your email will appear when sent. Preview is available for emails based on system email templates.
