Check on the following features and preferences that needs to be enabled before the Project Time Approvals could be set in the Project Records:
- Setup > Company > Enable Features > Employees
- Time Tracking
- Weekly Timesheets
- Setup > Company > Enable Features > Company
- Projects
- Project Management
- Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > Time&Expenses > General
- Automatically Notify Supervisor (optional)
- In the Project Resource Role, the following must be checked:
- Project Time Approver
- Own Time Approval
If you are using the Standard Project Form on your project record otherwise, customize your current preferred form to expose the preference.
Another Solution
- Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences
- Click Approval Routing tab
- Time Bills: Unmark the Checkbox
- Click Save
