Error email being sent to account user email after FAM bundle installation:

Resolution:

The error is showing up because of the standard FAM Trigger Reports Cleanup SS script. This script is running daily to scan the assets for the reporting purposes. In order to be possible to function properly, this script needs the Folder To Use For Reporting (Internal ID) field populated in the Fixed Assets bundle Setup. [SuiteAnswers – 98895].

  1. Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet
  2. Left navigation page of the page: Click + next to the SuiteBundles folder in order to expand it
  3. Click the Bundle 486259 folder
    Note: This will open the content of the Bundle 486259 folder
  4. Src folder: Take a note of its Internal ID
  5. Navigate to Fixed Assets > Setup > System Setup
  6. Click Reports tab
  7. Folder To Use For Reporting (Internal ID): Enter the Internal ID noted in the step #4
  8. Click Save

Note: If the internal ID is not available beside the folder, check if the internal ID preference is enabled. Navigate to Home > Set preferences and mark “Show Internal IDs” checkbox.
