Items missing from webstore

Requirement/Issue

I have set up access to our eCommerce for a customer in New Zealand called Safesmart access.

I have logged in as a contact of theirs: ben.f@easyaccess.co.nz

When i am in SCA, i search for Home > Products > Hand Tools > Plastering & Drywall Tools > Joint & Taping Knives

It tells me 9 products but i cannot see them:

I am assuming the 9 products are the AU products and as they are AU Subsi, this new customer from the NZ subsi cannot see them

So i gave web access to a NZ Product: OX-P013205NZ.

However i still cannot see this item in the SCA view. What have we done wrong?

Findings/Cause

This is the default behavior of SCA webstores. Although you can associate multiple subsidiaries to a Commerce web store, only the subsidiary selected as the default shows up on the website. So only the items in the default subsidiary will be displayed on the webstore. Here the default subsidiary is “OX Tools AU”, so only the items of this subsidiary will be displayed on webstore.
