Return Authorizations Page Is Not Available for Custom Role

If the Return Authorizations page is not available for Custom Role ,we can follow the below steps

1. Login in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles
3. Custom Role: Click Edit
4. Click Permissions
5. Click Transactions 
6. Permission: Select Return Authorization
7. Click Save
