Create a saved search that shows modified transactions where the GL Impact has changed.

Solution

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New

2. Click Transaction

3. Set the following on the Criteria tab:

  — Filter: Posting | Description: is true

  — Filter: System Notes Field… Field | Description: is Impact

  — Filter: System Notes Field… New Value | Description: is not empty

4. Set the following on the Results tab:

  — Field: System Notes: Date

  — Field: System Notes: Set by

  — Field: System Notes: Field

  — Field: System Notes: Old Value

  — Field: System Notes: New Value

5. Name the Search

6. Click Save & Run
