Saved Transaction Search for Item Fulfillment is Missing First Line

Scenario

The user created a saved transaction search to pull up the values for a custom transaction line field however, the value for the first line item is missing.

The saved search is set up so that the Main Line is set to false.

For Item Fulfillment transactions, as per design, there is no separate “Main Line” thus the first line (Line ID 0) is being considered the main line. Having the Criteria filter set to Main Line = is false will not show the first line which contains the value for the custom transaction line field.

Solution
  1. Edit the saved search
  2. Click Criteria
  3. Go to Standard Filter
  4. Remove Main Line = is false
  5. Click Save & Run
