Proposal Summary

Create a case record and online case submission for creating a case record in the netsuite and case record setup.

Requirements

From the warranty repair form the Case management updated on NS attaching to case record as well as by email.

Currently there is an online form on the revo website. we need to try to replicate that online form using our Netsuite case form. Can we attach the image uploaded on the website to netsuite with Case record. 

Our Solution

Case record:

• We can create case record field mapping and list values. 
• Create support group
• Routing of case records, case rules and escalation setup.

Online case form:

• We can use the Netsuite standard Online case form.
• This is a standard feature given by Netsuite for creating case records in NetSuite.
• We will create a form and submit it to your developer.
• Your developer needs to replace the new Netsuite online case form in the position of the existing form.
• The mock-up looks like this(sample mockup we can change the design. Only the input box width and height do not change).

Merits 

1. There are fewer chances for getting errors. comparing other custom solutions(custom online form and custom integration).
2. The Netsuite automatically handles the errors.
3. We can use all the benefits of Netsuite.
4. The form will be responsive for all devices.
5. We can select all kinds of NetSuite supporting files as an attachment.    

 Demerits

1. There is limited option for a giving style to form.
2. The radio button feature is not supported.
3. The input field’s height cannot be adjusted.
4. Multiple file upload is not supported 

Assumption

1. There will be slight differences in the current form and Standard case form style.
2. The current online form in the revo site is considered a mock-up for the case form.
3. Radio button, not support(list field is using the place of radio button).
4. The multi-select field is not supported.
5. The fields are populated in the case form according to the field type used in the NetSuite. We have no option to edit it.
