Navigate to Shipping Settings:
In the admin panel, go to “Settings” and then select “Shipping.”
Add a Shipping Zone:
Shipping methods are often configured within shipping zones. If you don’t have a shipping zone for the desired location, create one.
Click on “Add Shipping Zone” and enter the necessary information, such as the zone name and the countries/regions it covers.
Configure Shipping Methods:
Within the shipping zone, you can configure different shipping methods. Find the section related to shipping methods.
Add a New Shipping Method:
Click on “Add Shipping Method” or a similar option, depending on the interface.
Choose the type of shipping method you want to add. BigCommerce typically supports various carriers (like USPS, FedEx, UPS) or custom methods.
Configure the New Shipping Method:
Depending on the chosen shipping method, you’ll need to configure specific settings. For carrier-based methods, you might need to enter API credentials. For custom methods, you might define the shipping cost, estimated delivery times, etc.
Save Your Changes:
After configuring the new shipping method, make sure to save your changes.
