- Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
- Provide Basic Information:
- Enter the name
- Select record type as Transaction
- Select sub types as Purchase Order
- Enter Checkmark Execute As Admin:
- Select Release Status as Released
- Initiation: Select Event Based
- Event Definition:
- Click the checkmark ‘On Create’
- Click on the checkmark ‘On View or Update’
- Trigger Type: Select All
- Click Save
- Click State 1
- On the context panel: Click the Pencil icon
- Click New Sublist Group
- Basic Information:
- Trigger On: Select After Record Submit
- Parameters:
- Sublist: Select Items
- Click Save
- Click Sublist Action Group
- Click New Action
- Click Set Field Value
- Condition: Click Launcher icon
- Record: Select Old Record
- Field:
- Select Due Date
- Compare Type: Select not equal
- Selection: Select Due Date
- Parameters:
- Field: Select Expected Receipt Date (Line)
- From Field:
- Record (Join Field): Select Current Record
- Field: Select Due Date
- Click Save
