How to Resolve Error: “Internal Error” When Viewing Transaction History and Case Page.

In order to solve internal error in viewing transaction history page and cases page in myaccount,

Solution
  1. Navigate to Commerce > Hosting > SSP Applications
  2. Click View for SuiteCommerce Advanced – Dev 2020.2.0 v2
  3. Click Deploy to Website
  4. Select the website record for both fields DEPLOY TO ALL SHOPPING DOMAINS ON SITE and DEPLOY TO CHECKOUT DOMAIN ON SITE
  5. Click Save

There are scenarios that certain functions such as viewing the transaction history in SCA will require SuiteScript 2.0 SSP application to be deployed on both website and domain.

    Step 1: Check which currencies are being used on your webstore

    1. Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Website List
    2. Click the Shopping tab
    3. Click the Currency Subtab
    4. Take note of the currencies that have the Online checkbox selected

    Steps 2: Make sure the default locale is properly selected on the currency setup

    1. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Currencies
    2. Currency Name: Click and open
    3. Default Locale: Make sure this field matches the currency being selected. For example, when setting up the Australian Dollar, select Australia (English) and when using the US dollar, select United States (English).

    Note: Check the default locale for all the currencies noted from step 1.
