Scenario: The Full Access role (Administrator) is inactivated for all users.
The Core Administration Permissions can be assigned to any role as an extension to standard permission settings. With Core Administration Permissions, the role will get access to most of the functionality that was previously only available to the Full Access role
Setup -> users/Roles -> Manage Roles
Edit an existing role or create a new role
Check the ‘Core Administration Permissions’ checkbox to customize the role so that it behaves almost like the Administrator role, while also restricting access to other areas of NetSuite using the role permissions and restrictions.
