A saved search to fetch the SOs in the NS account for which the status changed from Pending Approval to Pending fulfilment which can be filtered by month.
Criteria –
To show only sales order that changed status – system notes: new value is given as pending fulfillment and system notes: old value is given as pending approval in criteria.
RESULT
As the client wanted to view the maximum of item rate in the line level and the total quantity in the sales order following fields are given in results
FILTER
To filter the search by date of change is status system notes: date is given in filter.
