CSV Import page navigation not available for Custom Role

Even if the custom role has full-level access to the CSV import, the page navigation is not available.

Solution

Using the custom role, the View CSV Import Status page can be found under Setup > Import/Export > View CSV Import Status. 

  1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences
  2. Click Appearance
  3. Hover to Centers & Dashboards
  4. Use Classic Interface: Enter Checkmark
  5. Click Save

Or if the role has global search permission, the user can search for the import assistant or saved imports pages

The custom solution for the same is through creating custom center categories and center links. Create the custom links with the required page URLs. Create the custom center categories for the role’s center type with the created custom center links.
