AllCraft Trade Solutions would like to send the follow-up email to the salesperson until an overdue task has been completed
Requirement
AllCraft Trade Solutions want to automatically send an email to the salesperson when the task is due to be followed up and will continue to send an email automatically each day until either the task has been completed or the due date is changed

Prerequisites
- The task record needs to be created and should be assigned to corresponding Sales Person upon creation of a Quote
Description of Task
This requirement can be achieved by creating a search that can be scheduled daily once at 9.00am. That search will send email to the task assignees by fetching all the overdue tasks which are related to any Quote and that are not yet marked as completed
Each search will send a summarized email to the Sales Rep. So each person will get a single email by listing all their overdue Tasks. The email will contain some basic details such as Title, Priority, Status, Start Date , End Date, Company, and Transaction #
Assumptions
- Notification email is required only once a day with all the satisfied Task Record related to any Quote
Risks
- Emails sent through saved search will not be tracked on the Sender/Recipient employee records on Netsuite
- Now considered only the Task record for follow up email
