Error: The request has an invalid grant parameter : refresh_token. User may have revoked or didn’t grant the permission.

Scenario: The following error message has occurred when trying to connect to Amazon Seller Central from Celigo.

Reason: The Amazon connection was set up using the API type -Hybrid Selling Partner API (SP-API and MWS) . The refresh tokens of this API expires in one year.

Solution:

1. Login in to integrator.io account.
2. Navigate to the Amazon Seller Central connection.
3. Click save and authorize.
