The proposal covers the scope of implementing SCA customization for resale certificate management.

Requirement
During the registration process, USA-based customers need to update the resale certificate. The resale certificate option needs to be shown on my account page. The resale certificate process should be manageable by a checkbox field in the customer record. The first page of the certificate only needs to be updated.
Our Solution
- Fields needs to be created in Netsuite customer record,
- Resale Certificate Uploaded – Checkbox
- Resale Certificate – Checkbox
- Resale Certificate File – File field
- During new customer registration,
- When a new customer registered on the website, if the selected country is the United states, a new section will be shown for managing resale certificates. Where the customer has the option to download, fill and upload the certificate. That is not a mandatory option.
- Once the customer is registered, a checkbox field named “Resale Certificate Uploaded” will be checked. The updated certificate will be uploaded in the file cabinet and also will be added in a new field in the customer record.
- In my account a new tab will be created for resale certificates to download, fill and upload the certificate.
- After Login,
- When a customer logs in, if the checkbox field named “Resale Certificate” is checked and if the country is US, a pop-up will be shown for the resale certificate. In the pop-up there will be 2 buttons named Skip/cancel and upload certificate. On the upload button click, it will navigate to the my account resale certificate management section.
Assumptions
We will use the current UI as a reference for showing this resale certificate management on the website
