- There are situations where the user decides to change the account’s FedEx Account Number but after updating the existing FedEx Account, the FedEx Meter Number does not get updated.
The user must first delete the existing FedEx Account by opening the FedEx registration page
Hover over to Actions > Delete
After the FedEx Account has been deleted, the user can register the new FedEx Account Number in NetSuite
The FedEx Meter will now generate a new value
- The tracking number generated in the Sandbox Environment or Test Environment is a Dummy Track number therefor this number is not available in the UPS/ FedEx account. If we search this number, it shows the message “Shipping Tracking Information is not Available”. If this encountered apart from this scenario contact support or file a case.

- Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot edit an existing label. If it requires cancel the shipment and create a new shipment.
- In UPS integration: error “Postal Code and / Or Country Code input does not match with the Account number”. Contact with the client and confirm the location details in the UPS Invoice information are accurate.
