Print NetSuite Point of Sale Receipts in All Capital Letters

Scenario

Some users require to have receipts printed in all capital letters. There is a setting in NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS) that allows this output.

Solution

1. Login to NSPOS as an Administrator
2. Press Ctrl + F10
3. Settings Window: Search Print in Caps
4. Print in Caps: Enter Checkmark
5. Click Done
6. Note: Restart NSPOS for the change to take effect.
