Pre Requisitions
- Netsuite administrator access.
- The user has the role of SC Deployer
- Need to fetch the extension and Theme, the corresponding bundles should be installed.
Solution
We have to create an extension to add the snippet for ChatBot and it is applicable for the shopping pages. We can use the same extension for all websites.
Assumptions
- The snippets of chat button code and deployment code need to be provided. While checking we weren’t able to find the chat button code in the account. If it needs to be implemented in the salesforce account.
