Issue:
The custom item field created is not able to edit or update from NetSuite. The field record showed as locked as shown below.
Solution:
To edit or delete a custom item field record, the field name added to the field set on the website must be removed.
Note: To display the value of the custom field on the website, it must be added to the field set.
- Go to Commerce > Websites > Website Lists
- Select the website.
- Click on the Field Sets tab.
- Remove the field from all the sections.
