Scenario
User using a custom role needs to view Average Days to Pay and Average Days Overdue in Key Performance Indicators portlet on a Customer Dashboard.
Solution
- Log as Administrator
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Custom Role: Click Edit
- Click Permissions
- Click Lists
- Select Accounts Receivable Register
- Access Level: Select View
- Click Permissions
- Click Reports
- Select Accounts Receivable
- Access Level: Select View
- Click Save
