Bulk Merge Email Not Logged on Customer Record

Scenario

User sent out an email using Bulk Merge, but the email sent to Customers was not logged under Customer > Communication > Messages.

 

Solution

Note: Bulk Merge emails do not get logged under Customer > Communication > Messages but get logged under Customer > Communication > Bulk Merge. In order for the Bulk Merge sublist to show on the Customer record, user will need to customize the form. 

  1. Navigate to Lists Relationships Customers
  2. Customer: Click Edit
  3. Click Customize Customize Form
  4. Click Sublists
  5. Click Communication
  6. Bulk Merge: Enter Checkmark
  7. Click Save
