Scenario
The standard Reference ShopFlow already contains a built-in functionality for product reviews. To display the product reviews in the SuiteCommerce Advanced, additional setup is required in the website setup.
Solution
Prerequisite:
- Make sure the following bundles are installed:
- Product Review Records (Bundle ID 53053)
- Reference Product Lists Records (Bundle ID 53051)
Add the following setup to the website setup record:
- Navigate to Commerce > SuiteCommerce Advanced > Set Up Web Site
- Click on the Field Sets tab
- Add the following fields in the Details & Search field sets:
- Product Reviews Attributes (custom)
- Product Reviews Attributes Rating (custom)
- Product Reviews Count
- Product Reviews Rating
- Product Reviews Rating by Rate
- Click Save
Note: Product Reviews will only be displayed in the webstore if they are approved. Product Review Count will only consider those reviews where Verified Purchase = T
