Saved Search Not Sending Emails Even Send Email Alerts When Records Are Created/Updated Is Marked and is public

If the Saved search is not sending Email Alerts even when it is ‘PUBLIC’ and the ‘SEND EMAIL ALERTS WHEN RECORDS ARE CREATED/UPDATED’ checkbox is checked, then there is a preference that can be disabled to send emails when create context.

Setup –> Company –> General Preferences

Uncheck the Checkbox ‘Log System Notes on Updates Only.

Click save
