Approve Quotes Created via Web Store

Shoppers are unable to click “Review and Place Order” button on quotes created from the web store. A message is displayed saying: “To complete this quote, the following information is needed: –Sales representative assigned –Sales representative approval –Shipping information“

Solution

To remove the displayed message, the Quote must have a Sales Representative, Purchasing Status, & Shipping Method on the Quote Record. Steps to Resolve:

1. Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Prepare Estimates > List 
2. Quote: Click Edit
3. Custom Form field: Select Standard Estimate 
4. Status: Select Purchasing
5. Click Sales Team Subtab
6. Sales Team: 

• Employee: Select desired Employee 
• Sales Role: Select Sales Rep

1. Click Shipping Subtab
2. Shipping Method: Select Desired Shipping Method
3. Click Save

After doing the changes above in the NetSuite UI, the Quote Generated from the web store will be available for purchase for the shopper.
