Create Search to Show System Calculated Lead Time on Item Records

Scenario

Creating a search in order to show System Calculated Lead Time on Item Records.

 

Solution

 

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Item
3. Search Title: Enter a Name
4. Click Criteria
5. Click Standard

• Filter:
• Note: For every required filter use the drop-down menu to select it.

1. Select Auto-Calculate Lead Time
2. Auto-Calculate Lead Time: Select Yes
3. Click Set
4.  
5. Select System Notes Fields…
6. System Notes Filter: Select Field
7. Field: Select Any of
8. Selection: Type Lead Time
9. Click Set
10.  
11. Select System Notes Fields…
12. System Notes Filter: Select Set by
13. Set By: Select Any of
14. Selection: Type -System-
15. Click Set
16. Click Results tab
17. Click Columns subtab
