The Product Reviews record displays all reviews for an item in the Product Reviews subtab of the Item record under the SuiteCommerce Product Reviews tab. A moderator can evaluate reviews and control the display of reviews on your website.
Note: Product review statistics are only calculated for approved reviews.
In the top panel of the SuiteCommerce Product Reviews tab, you can view product review analysis and configure product review attributes. The following fields are available:
- Product Reviews Attribute Rating: Lists the average ratings for each attribute in a JSON object.
- The JSON object consists of name-value pairs with Attribute IDs and their respective average ratings. Attribute IDs can be found on the Product Reviews Attributes (ID customlist_ns_pr_attribute) custom record under Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Lists.
- For example,
{"3":"3.0","2":"2.7","1":"3.0"}indicates average ratings for Quality (ID 1), Price (ID 2), and Durability (ID 3). - Product Reviews Count: Displays the total number of reviews for the item.
- Product Reviews Rating: Displays the overall rating for the item.
- Product Reviews Attributes: Displays the attributes configured for the item. For more details, refer to Product Review Attributes.
- Product Reviews Rating by Rate: Lists the total count for each overall rating score in a JSON object.
- The JSON object includes name-value pairs with each overall rating value and the corresponding count of reviews with that rating.
- For example,
