Scenario
For accounts that have upgraded to OneWorld, the Company Information is captured from the Top Level or Parent Company. Once the Subsidiary record is saved, two of the fields that can no longer be modified are Currency and Country.
Solution
There are two recommended solutions for this:
- Perform a Subsidiary Hierarchy Modification, and set the incorrect Subsidiary record as inactive.
or
- Request for an account re-provisioning from the Account Manager. This is viable if account you are working on is newly provisioned.
