How to find the list of Customers with a duplicate Address.

  1. Go to Reports> Saved Searches> All Saved Searches> New> Customer
  2. Under the Criteria tab, Summary subtab, add the following:
  • Summary Type: Count
  • Field: Address Internal ID | Description: is greater than 1
  1. Under the Results tab, add the fields below:
  • Internal Id | Summary Type: Group
  • Address Internal Id | Summary Type: Count
  • Address | Summary Type: Group
  1. Enter Search Title
  2. Click Save and Run
