1. Requirement from (Ox Tools)
Ox tools need a customization When the ‘Add New Package’ button is clicked, a window should appear to add package details, updating the custom record ‘Packages’. Upon saving, a custom record called ‘Package Content’ should also be updated. Currently this functionality is in the account, which is from the bundle SPS commerce, which will be uninstalled from when this customization.
2. Deliverables
We have reviewed the requirement thoroughly and please find below the deliverables we propose.

- PACKAGE DEFINITION
- Add New Package Button:
Develop a script to add an ‘Add New Package’ button to the Item Fulfillment page.
Create a new subtab for this functionality, replacing the SP EDI Package subtab.
Package Details Form:
The form to add package details will source the Package Definition field from the PACKAGE DEFINITION record.
Contents Sublist Update:
Update the contents sublist in the package record based on the item fulfillment record using a script.
Automatic Package Content Creation:
Upon submitting the PACKAGE record, a PACKAGE CONTENT record will be automatically created via script.
Validation Script:
Validation script for Package record sublist for UI context updating.
3. Notes
Ship label sublist in Package record is not considered in this customization.
This proposal does not include the ‘Print PDF’ button functionality associated with Package record.
Proposal does not cover the time required for data backup from production.

4. Estimated Effort
Estimated Effort – 30-man hours.
The estimate includes Project management, risk analysis, system analysis, development, unit testing, Progression testing, documentation, and deployment.
