- Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Customized Fulfillment email and modify accordingly
- Disable Use Web Site Template for Fulfillment Emails
- Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences
- Under Order Management tab > Fulfillment section
- If this option is marked, it will use the Email Template on the setup below:
- Navigate to Commerce > Websites > Websites List > Edit the Website
- Under Email tab
- Order Emails sublist > Order Fulfilled section
- To test the template, follow steps below:
- Edit an existing Customer record with an Item Fulfillment transaction
- Change the Email Address
- Edit the Item Fulfillment transaction
- Click on the Resend Order Fulfillment Email
Note: This will send a copy of the Order Fulfillment email
