Modifying Journal Entries

To modify an existing journal entry:

  1. Go to Transactions > Financial > Make Journal Entries > List.
  2. If available, click Edit next to the journal entry you want to modify.
  3. The Edit link is not available for journals that already have been approved for posting or have been posted.
  4. On the Journal page, modify the account as needed. For information about each field, see Making Journal Entries.
  5. For information about deleting and memorizing journals, see Deleting Journal Entries and Memorized Transactions.
  6. Click Save.
