The invoice terms are not available on the website, even though they are selected under the finance tab in the customer record
To resolve the issue check the ‘SALES ORDER TYPE’ in the website record
Go to commerce – website – website list
Open the required website and navigate to the checkout preference section under the shopping tab
set the ‘SALES ORDER TYPE’ as the ‘Per Customer Basis’
save the website record
