Source Out the Sales Order Created from Estimate Records in an Estimate Saved Search

Scenario

The user wants to know how to source out sales orders in the Related Records tab created from estimates in an transaction saved search.

 

Solution

1. Log in as Administrator
2. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
3. Click Transaction
4. Search Title: Enter a title
5. Click Criteria
6. Click Standard:
7. Filter:

• Select Type

1. Type: Select any of
2. Select Estimate
3. Click Set

• Select Main Line

1. Main Line: Select Yes
2. Click Set
3. Click Results
4. Click Columns

• Field: Select Applying Transaction
