Custom Role > Create KPI Scorecard > Unexpected Error

Scenario

When a custom role tries to add a Custom KPI Scorecard in the dashboard, it shows “Unexpected error has occurred”

 

Solution

1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Customization > Centers and Tabs >  KPI Scorecard
3. Affected Scorecard: Click Edit
4. Click Content
5. Click Custom
6. Note: Make sure that there are no skipped fields for Custom KPI#1-9. For instance, if you will add 3 Custom KPI, it should be under Custom KPI #1, Custom KPI #2, Custom KPI #3.
7. Click Save
