As per BAU , the Preferred Stock Level and Reorder point will return blank whenever the item record doesn’t have any valid value in the Preferred Location field under the Purchasing /Inventory sub-tab.
However, if the Preferred Location is set for an item which has multiple locations, the values will be picked only for the ‘Preferred Location’ and disregard other location’s data.
Hence the NetSuite reports may not generate the correct values whenever the mentioned fields are involved.
As an alternative solution, we have to resort to Saved searched or other analytical tools apt for your requirement.
