Scenario: there is a discrepancy in the saved search total count when accessed via Administrator role and R1 role.
When logged via Administrator role, we could see that the total count of the search output is 185 whereas R1 returns 171
Solution:
Admin login search :
R1 role logged in same search at same time
This discrepancy is due to the fact that the role R1 has access only over 3 subsidiaries, whereas the admin role doesn’t have any
