Custom Role > Communication > Email > Email Message Pop-Up Window > Message tab > Template drop-down Field is unavailable

Description

A User attempts to send an email from a Sales Order via communication messages email but the template drop down field is unavailable in the Email Message pop-up window

Solution

  1. Login as Administrator
  2. Navigate to Setup Users/Roles > Manage Roles
  3. Edit
  4. Permissions
  5. Lists
  6. Permission: Add Email Template 
  7. Level: Set level
  8. Click Save
