Advanced Intercompany Journal Entries Saved Search

Scenario

Distinguish whether a transaction is a regular Journal Entry, Intercompany Journal Entry or Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry by exposing the Advanced intercompany as true.

 

Solution

1. Navigate to Reports > New Search > Transaction
2. Click on Create Saved Search button
3. Go to Criteria tab, Standard subtab, look for and click Type
4. In the window that pops up, choose journalentry
5. Click Set
6. Then add “Advanced intercompany is True” in the Standard subtab
7. Click Set
8. In the Results tab, add fields deemed necessary
9. Enter Title
10. Click Save & Run
